Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wisconsin
